Use the A and D keys to adjust the left and right direction of the turret, and use the Q and E keys to have A small range adjustment. Each turn, the player has 10 bullets. Press J to release the bullet, and the speed of launching the bullet is proportional to the time by holding down J.
My inspiration is a film depicting the war in the Pacific: Pearl Harbor. There is a great episode in the film where a black Navy man with no specialised shooting training shoot down an incoming Japanese fighter jet using an anti-aircraft machine gun. Faced with a very difficult and desperate situation, human courage drove them through, and I wanted to reflect that element of defiance in the game. So I modelled a gameplay mechanic of shooting a moving target in the air from a fixed position on the ground.
